I was so happy to see my client’s diet featured on the cover of First Magazine (August 28, 2006). The reason why (besides the obvious) is because it took A YEAR for it to happen. I pitched the story last summer and the editor at the time seemed interested, then she moved to another publication and it languished for a long time, until a few months ago a new person contacted me. I didn’t think it would work out, since Dr. Eric Berg had a new book coming out that he wanted to promote. But the new book and its diet ideas worked for the magazine.
