The second best part is that if you do a Google search on Spirit Airlines, this blog, with a search title of “Do Not Fly Spirit Airlines” comes up as the third natural search listing.
The best part is the uncaring response from the CEO to another disgruntled customer. The actual e-mail is included in the response.
