Update to Last Week’s Brilliant Public Relations Campaign Article

Several people have asked me what happened after I wrote about a great P.R. campaign for a new housing development.

Here’s the update:

I got a call last Friday afternoon, by the salesperson for the development. She said she was setting up appointments to see the development on Sunday.
I asked her where the development was. For the locals who know this area well, it’s located in Delray Beach, FL, west of Jog, on Linton.
It’s part of a development called Cosa Bella, which includes million dollar homes, as well as these new homes that are advertised at less than $500,000.
The location is more Delray than Boca than we would have liked, and is located around the corner from where my Mom lives.
We decided to pass on seeing the development.
