Top 10 Reasons NOT to Sign Up for the TV Media Training Workshop

By now you have received information about our TV Media Training Workshop, including the fact that our Super Saver Offer ends on Wednesday, January 31, 2007. If you haven’t, you can read the information here: http://www.zfpr.com/tv_publicity.htm

If you’re still not sure, here are the Top 10 Reasons NOT to Sign Up for the TV Media Training Workshop:

  1. I’m not sure how TV publicity can help me
  1. I don’t know if the training will be worthwhile
  1. I won’t look good on TV
  1. I can learn everything from a book
  1. I’ll sign up for the next workshop

5.   I can’t afford it

  1. I’ll be out of town
  1. I live outside of the South Floridaarea
  1. There’s nothing special about me, so I can’t be on TV

1.  I don’t know how to get TV bookings

Let’s address each of these reasons:

10.  I’m not sure how TV publicity can help me

In previous information, I described how a single TV appearance by a fitness professional resulted in new revenues of more than $6,000! And how one doctor’s practice has grown astronomically through TV publicity.

Here are some other ways that TV publicity can help you:

  • Increase your exposure to your target market and potential clients
  • Build your credibility within your target market and potential clients
  • Provide an opportunity to include information about you or your business that can increase sales

9. I don’t know if the training will be worthwhile

Geez, do I need to offer a money-back guarantee?  Okay, I will.

8. I won’t look good on TV

This training will include showing you how to look your best on TV.

7.  I can learn everything from a book

Well, I have to say I do include some great Media Interview Tips in my new 2007 version of the Do-It-Yourself Public Relations Kit (http://www.zfpr.com/public_relations_kit.htm)

However, the key to being really successful in TV interviews is practicing through a mock interview, videotaping it, getting it critiqued, and watching it over and over again.

6.  I’ll sign up for the next workshop

Sorry, I won’t be offering this workshop again this year, and haven’t scheduled any TV Media Training workshops for next year.

5.  I can’t afford it

As you may know, TV Media Training costs many thousands of dollars, and is usually only available to Fortune 500 companies or people paying very large retainers to P.R. firms.

It has taken me three years to put together a comprehensive program that:

  • Is specifically geared to small business owners and professionals
  • Costs much less money than the typical TV Media Training
  • Includes actual video TV Media Training (the most important part of TV Media Training)

The Super Saver investment is $999.  Now, I’m not saying it’s pocket change — but based on the immediate and long-term benefits of this training, it has an excellent Return on Investment (ROI).

4.  I’ll be out of town

If you can’t change your plans, I understand.  But if your plans aren’t set, this training is worth it.

3.  I live outside of the

South Floridaarea

You can’t find a nicer place to be than

Boca Raton,

FL

in March. And, of course, travel expenses for professional training are tax deductible.

2. There’s nothing special about me so I can’t be on TV

Oh yes there is.  And in our training we’ll help you find that “something special” that will make you interesting to TV audiences.

1.  I don’t know how to get TV bookings

Fair enough.  You’ll learn some basics in the training session.  You can also:

Please remember that our Super Saver Rate is available through Wednesday, January, 31, 2007, and we only have a limited number of seats still available.
